The hotel had very nice rooms with clean and comfortable amenities, though the pricing included some hidden fees. The service, while friendly, had some lapses in communication. The location was fantastic for both leisure and business travelers. The dining experience had a lot of selection albeit at a high cost.

My stay at the King Balcony Suite had its ups and downs. Unfortunately, there were visible roaches after a late arrival the night before, and the room wasn't ready on time, missing out on the breakfasts that were supposed to be included in the package. On the bright side, the General Manager knew her wine and bourbon options and was very responsive to every request, although the service was a bit slow and clueless at times.
